Overnight Restrictions Friday and Next Week

As progress continues on the Revive I-70 corridor, overnight restrictions will be needed Friday and next week for pavement patching, to set bridge beams, and other work.

Drivers can expect the following restrictions:

Friday, March 6

  • Rolling lane restriction on westbound I-70 from Centerville Road to Brick Church Road

Sunday, March 8 and Monday, March 9 (10 p.m. Sunday to 5 p.m. Monday)

  • Westbound I-70 reduced to a single lane at White Water River bridge

Monday, March 9

  • Eastbound and westbound I-70 at Brick Church Road (alternating restrictions)

Monday, March 9 and Tuesday, March 10

  • Eastbound I-70 reduced to a single lane from Reservoir Road to New Paris Pike
  • New Paris Pike, short stoppages of up to 20-minutes as beams are installed overhead

Monday, March 9 – Wednesday, March 11

  • Westbound I-70 reduced to a single lane from west of State Road 1 to west of Centerville Road

Monday, March 9 – Friday, March 13

  • Eastbound and westbound I-70 at Washington Road (alternating restrictions)

Thursday, March 12 – Saturday, March 14

  • Westbound I-70 reduced to a single lane from Greens Fork to Centerville Road

Closures are scheduled from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. each weeknight unless otherwise noted. The Friday and Saturday night closures extend from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. the following day.

Construction Speed Limit
The construction zone speed limit remains active on I-70. A reduced speed of 55 mph is in place for the duration of Revive I-70 work. It is important for drivers to slow down and avoid distractions in work zones.
