Traffic Shift
Drivers on eastbound I-70 will notice a new traffic configuration from west of S.R. 1 to west of Centerville Road. Crews are working on the eastbound lanes of I-70 this year. Westbound traffic is pushing to the outside to accommodate one lane of eastbound traffic on the westbound roadway. The shift is expected to begin late this week. The traffic shift will allow crews the room they need to safely work and continue improvements in the area.
Construction Speed Limit
The construction zone speed limit remains active on I-70. A reduced speed of 55 mph is in place for the duration of Revive I-70 work. It is important for drivers to slow down and avoid distractions in work zones.
