Richmond, IN (Feb. 17, 2023) – The Revive I-70 Project Team wants to hear from you. A short survey is now available to help identify corridor needs. Hearing from people who routinely drive I-70 in Wayne County or live or work in the area provides feedback that will help the team identify best solutions for the corridor.
Revive I-70 is an Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) project to improve I-70 in Wayne County. The 20+ mile corridor extends from west of Cambridge City to the Indiana/Ohio state line. Improvements are expected to include pavement replacement, bridge improvements, drainage improvements and possible additional travel lanes.
You can find the questionnaire at https://bit.ly/ReviveI70Feedback. It’s also posted on the project website and social media channels and will be available through Feb. 28.
Public meetings were held in January to introduce the Revive I-70 project. Meeting materials can be found at ReviveI70.com. Details of specific improvements are still being developed. Construction is expected to begin in late 2024.
